Overview


OpenBlueLab ERP / Production / Stock is the ideal way to optimize all processes involved in stocks. It will help you to store stock's informations, analyze stock's datas , make stocks expectations and much more.

Because stock management differs from entreprises, we designed the core of stock instead of the whole concept. It then gives a light, flexible and evolving generated application.
  • Flexible, because it has be modelized to be that way.
  • Light, because the module consit mostly in uml diagrams.
  • Scalable, because OpenBlueLab works with models, this zero code aspect make it really easy to both add and remove functionalities / process.

Features

Stocks are the whole of goods, matters or supplies, of waste, semi-finished products, finished products, products within work, and commercial package which is the property of the company.

Data-processing stock management consists in the whole of the procedures allowing control, treatment, and the use of the datas concerning the stocks of a company.
it's then consist in flow recording and piloting stocks (or flows analyzing).

Stock management can be split in two parts: the management of flows and piloting

Management of flows

(Entry, Exit) Is the recording of flows. It is the base of stock management, from which, one collects data.

  • Flow recording and history : store activities flow, incoming and outgoing flow. Consult previous data to analyze your activity.
  • Flow controlling : control your flows, prices, customer or supplier
  • Warehouse controlling : control the capacity of your warehouse or the warehouses your are renting as well as
  • their cost.
  • Stock sheet managing : create, consult, edit,choose format, print or send stock sheets. Add data, graphics, statistics, appreciations, your stock sheets are fully customizable to suit your activity.

Piloting stocks

The piloting allow to carry out various operations on the data, and to obtain certain essential information for the stock manager
  • 3 click : Whatever opération you want to do or data you want to consult , you are always only 3 click away from it
  • Traceability : know your stock, where does it come from ? where was it stored ? who bought it or where was it send ?
  • Expectations : From previous activity data and parameters you'll specify the application can give you
  • accurate data for your expectations for both prices and quantity.
  • Graphics : See every data on graphics
  • Stock Alert : Set stock alert parameters, and get noticed whenever the stock quantity or price is to low or too high.
  • Valorisation method switching : You can switch valorisation method whenever you want.
  • Statistics : Get every statistic you need, on customer, on product , on time etc...
  • Integration with other OpenblueLab ERP modules : The stock management module can be used in conjonction with the other OpenBlueLab ERP modules, such as billing, orders, financial etc..

Stock class diagram

Forms are automatically generated from this model. Final look and feel is done through css.

Data captured by the user are automatically mapped in the database.

Business rules can be added as class methods.

Stock use case

The Production / stock portal ­is generated from this use case. Actors represent roles user may have when connected. Level stereotyped use cases are automatically generated like tabs.

You can see the list of all your new entrance group by name and with the date.


Condition of the products

On this view, It is possible to know the quantity and the medium price by product.

List of Warehouse

It is possible to identify all the different warehouses with some informations like the name or the capacity, for example.

List of suppliers

It is possible to identify all your different suppliers with some informations like the name or the phone number, for example.
